Overview

This website is operated by Little & Son Watch Company, doing business as LS Watch Co. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LS Watch Co. These terms govern your use of lswatchco.com and purchases made through our store.

Purchases

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or a material listing or pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the payment.

Product Descriptions and Condition

Please review each listing carefully before purchasing. Listings describe the watch’s condition and the boxes, papers, accessories, and other items included with the sale. Pre-owned watches may show wear consistent with the condition disclosed in the listing.

Service history, water resistance, and manufacturer warranty coverage are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Any warranty offered by LS Watch Co. will be described separately in writing. These terms do not limit warranties or rights that apply by law.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted.

If financing is offered, approval, payment terms, and financing charges are governed by the financing provider’s separate agreement.

Shipping and Returns

Purchases are subject to our published Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Standard return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Eligible standard returns are subject to a $100 return shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. See the Return and Refund Policy for eligibility, instructions, and exceptions.

Independent Dealer

LS Watch Co. is an independent watch dealer. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with or an authorized dealer of the manufacturers whose products we sell. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Website Use

You may not use this website for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security, or reproduce our original photographs and content for commercial use without permission.

Privacy

Personal information collected through our store is handled as described in our published Privacy Policy. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Liability and Consumer Rights

To the extent permitted by law, LS Watch Co. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or purchases. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to your purchase.
